Fuss-Free Size Swaps:

At Swarm Commander, we're aware that picking the right size bee suit without trying it on can be tricky. That's why we strive to make the exchange process a breeze for you. If your suit or jacket arrives and you need a different size, just follow these simple steps, and we'll send you the correct size without any extra charges.

How to make a size exchange:

1. Get in touch with us and let us know you need an exchange. Please include the size you ordered and the size you'd like to switch to. We'll ship the correct size to you along with a return label for the item you're exchanging.
2. Utilize the box the new item arrived in and the USPS return label to send back the item you're exchanging.

No Fuss Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Swarm Commander. If, for any reason, you're not pleased with your suit or jacket, feel free to return your order for a complete refund of the purchase price.

To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We understand you may have tried it on, but if you think you might need to exchange or return it, avoid wearing it in the bee yard. When returning your bee suit, use the original shipping box if possible.

Make sure to initiate returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we'll still work with you to resolve any issues, but we can't guarantee a full refund or exchange.

How to process a return:

1. Send the unused suit or jacket in its original shipping box to the following address:

2. Include a note explaining that you're returning your order for a refund (we'd appreciate it if you could mention the reason for your return so we can learn from your feedback and improve our products and services). Once we receive your return and confirm it's unused, we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price.
   
   

Our Product Quality Warranty:

We take immense pride in our products at Swarm Commander and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Each item is meticulously inspected by our team to ensure top-notch quality. However, we recognize that sometimes things might slip through the cracks or get damaged during shipping. When this occurs, we're determined to make it right. That's why we offer a one-year warranty on new suit, jacket, or glove purchases. If you think your jacket or suit has been damaged in shipment or has a manufacturing defect, just follow these steps, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or replace the faulty item.

 How to request a warranty jacket/suit replacement:

• Send us an email detailing the issue you're experiencing, along with the following information (contact@swarmcommander.com)
  • Issue description
  • Photos of the problem
  • Purchase date
  • Purchase location
• We'll respond to your email with a return approval

Oops Happens! - Accidental Damage

Ever burnt a hole in your suit or accidentally sliced your jacket's veil with your hive tool? As fellow beekeepers, we know how frustrating these unexpected incidents can be (we know we have). If, within a year of your purchase, you accidentally damage your suit or jacket, making it unsafe for sting protection, we're here to help.

While we can't replace your damaged suit for free, we can offer you a discount on your next one. Send us an email at the address below, explaining what happened along with a picture, and we'll send you a discount code for your next order.
